We are very excited about our new website, which will make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I want to take this opportunity to provide you with some more details about this new e-commerce platform.
At the top of each product page, just below the Product Title, you will see the Market Price and our Bin Ends Bottle One Price (typically 20% Off). Just below this line, you will find the current Bin Ends Feature Pricing (in PURPLE).
It has always been our belief that the most effective way for us to assist you in making your fine wine selections is to provide you with the most useful information available. With this in mind, you will now notice that we will now be providing you with an enhanced product overview, product reviews when available, and product details.
A Purchasing Discount Grid and Available Inventory listing are located just above your “ADD TO CART” button.
If you are as excited about a particular offer as we are, please feel free to share our offers with friends and family with the social media and e-mail buttons found just below the “ADD TO CART” button.
Lastly, on the Product page, you will find a selection of RELATED ITEMS at the bottom of the page.
When you have finished shopping, you will want to proceed to your SHOPPING CART. There are several buttons across the site that will take you here. Upon landing at your SHOPPING CART, the site will automatically tabulate any discounts that you have qualified for and let you know how much you will be saving with your purchase.
When you are ready to submit your order, hit CHECKOUT to proceed to the CUSTOMER INFORMATION page. First time customers are required to fill out their SHIPPING ADDRESS, which is also the address assigned to your account. Hit CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD. On this page your options are In-Store Pick-up (Braintree or Needham) or FedEx Ground Shipping (Only Available Within MA). From there, hit CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD and fill our your payment method and billing address that matches the address on your credit card. Hit COMPLETE ORDER to submit your order and you will receive a confirmation email for your completed order.
*NOTE FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS* Once you hit CHECKOUT in the shopping cart, it will take you straight to the PAYMENT METHOD page. Your shipping address and shipping method are saved from your last order. On the PAYMENT METHOD page, you can change your shipping address or shipping method if needed.
Unless otherwise noted, you order will be ready for In-Store Pick-Up by 12 PM the following day. Unless you have asked us otherwise, orders for Shipping will be prepared for FedEx the following business day.
Please note that you are able to navigate back throughout the entire process if you make a mistake or wish to make any changes to your order.
After much debate, we have made the decision to maintain our policy of NOT storing personal credit card information at this time. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution to protect the personal financial information of our customers and to be able to maintain the most competitive pricing in the marketplace.
Over the next several weeks, please watch for an e-mail survey from Bin Ends Wine. This survey is part of a project on our part to provide you with e-mail offers that are going to be of the greatest interest to you.
