The 2021 Three Pears Pinot Grigio is made from grapes grown in the Lodi and Clarksburg appellations, which are located east of San Francisco Bay. The regions' abundant sunshine, cooling breezes off the bay, and wide diurnal temperature variations bring forth wines that perfectly balance ripe fruit and acidity. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wine has generous aromas and flavors of pears, lemon zest, baked apples, and nectarines, with a touch of honeysuckle on the long finish. Vibrant acidity brings the ripe fruit characters into harmonious balance.
