PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Dan and Margaret Duckhorn established their winery back in 1976 with the goal of becoming one of the premier producers of wine in the Napa Valley. Acquisition of some of the best vineyards sites in both the Napa Valley and Howell Mountain AVAs very quickly proved to be a key element in their success. From their modest inaugural vintage, which only produced about 800 cases, they managed to captivate the attention of wine lovers the world over with their exquisite cabernets and merlots.
