PRODUCT OVERVIEW/REVIEWS:
The Lang family has owned Sand Point since the late 1940's, when it became part of their growing portfolio of vineyards in Lodi and Clarksburg. Located in Acampo, California in the Mokelumne River Basin, Sand Point benefits from a Mediterranean climate and sandy soils that are ideal for grape cultivation. All of the wines are sourced from certified sustainable vineyards.
The 2021 Sand Point Sauvignon Blanc abounds with aromas and flavors of pink grapefruit, lime peel, and lemon zest, with hints of pineapple, guava and honeydew melon that emerge mid-palate and extend through the long finish. Fruit-forward yet well-balanced, it is a terrific and versatile addition to your lineup of white wines.
