We invite you to join us for an exquisite food and wine pairing experience inspired by our love for the majestic wines of northern Italy: "The Magic of Piedmont" at Pairings Events in North Easton on Wednesday, March 22nd, from 7-9 PM!
Pairings Events is a culinary studio owned by Kristin Kay and Chef Jonathan Kay. They will team up with Bin Ends' own John Hafferty and Charles Tyner of Italian Wine Traders to guide you through a fabulous, multi-course, Piedmont-themed meal made with many ingredients sourced from Easton's local farms and paired with five classic wines hand-selected by John and Chuck.
Pairings Events owners Kristin and Chef Jonathan Kay are a husband and wife team with a passion for food and hospitality. Pairings Events was created in 2020 when they were craving the presence of friends and loved ones. Being served food, wine, and hearing laughter gathered around a table sounded like a far-away thought. They wanted to bring the restaurant experience directly to your home, and that’s what they continue to do. They are excited to now offer cooking classes and private dinners to share that passion and knowledge with the community.
Chef Jonathan creates customized menus, utilizing local seasonal ingredients and sources only the highest quality meats and seafood available. Kristin creates tablescapes, custom menus, and floral arrangements tailored to the client’s taste.

We will kick off with a casual reception featuring appetizers paired with Prosecco, followed by a sit-down dinner that includes two fabulous courses paired with stunning wines from Piedmont legend Domenico Clerico, capped off with dessert and Spumante Rosato.
