PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Chilen native Luis Philipe Edwards returned to his native Chile in the early 1970s after living in Europe for several years. Looking for new business opportunities, he became enamored with an old winery in the Colchagua Valley with 60 hectares of vineyards. Surrounded by the foothills of the Andes Mountains, the property had a microclimate that was very favorable to grape cultivation. Edwards purchased the property and revitalized the vineyards. His commitment to innovation, tradition, and sustainability showed in his wines, and he became a major force in the Chilean wine industry. The 80s and 90s brought more growth, with more land purchased in the Colchagua and Leyda Valleys. Today, Luis' children and grandchildren run the estate with the same commitment to quality as their founder.

The 2018 "Echo" Cabernet Sauvignon Colchagua Valley (5 bottles) is medium-to-full-bodied, with aromas and flavors of black cherries, plums, and cassis. The silky palate is laced with subtle notes of vanilla and toast.
The 2019 "Echo" Chardonnay Colchagua Valley (2 bottles) is rich and round yet light on its feet, thanks to the perfect balance of lees-aging, acidity, and barrel aging. Flavors of lemon peel, apples, and a hint of vanilla dance on the palate.
The 2018 "Echo" Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley (5 bottles) is bright and refreshing, offering notes of citrus fruits, wet stone, and honeysuckle on a frame of vibrant acidity that brings the wine to a long finish.
