With this in mind, Bin Ends has chosen to offer our spring release of the 2022 Ridge Geyserville on a pre-arrival basis to get it to you quickly and at the best price possible.

Sourced entirely from the Geyserville Vineyard in Sonoma's Alexander Valley, this vintage is a blend of 67% zinfandel, 20% carignane, 10% petite sirah, and 3% mataro, all organically grown. 2022 was a year of low rainfall which resulted in lower yields than usual, but the unusually warm summer brought forth exceptionally ripe fruits. The wine spent 16 months in a combination of new and seasoned American oak barrels. It is "deep ruby in color, with aromas of black cherry, dark plum, sarsaparilla, baking spices, toasted oak, and lavender. A fresh entry has bold red cherry and raspberry flavors. Subtle tannins and natural acidity lead to a long and pleasant finish." (winery notes)
