Join us on Wednesday, January 23rd at 6pm for one of our all-time favorite culinary topics - Alpine wine and cheese! From the heights of Alp Vounetz in Fribourg to Schloss Schönbrunn
in Vienna, mountain food and wine culture has long been regarded as some of the best in Europe. Sadly, many foodies on this side of the pond are unaware of these culinary delights. It’s time for a change!
Spend an evening with Adam Centamore, our resident gastronomy nerd, exploring the cheeses and wines that make these regions so special. You’ll sample high-altitude wines from Val d’Aosta, handcrafted cheeses from the Pyrenees, condiments from the Swiss Alps...each sip and bite more delicious and captivating than the last. You’ll learn what makes them so special, and will even have the chance try a few things that Adam brought back from his recent travels (Shhhh….mum’s the word on that one). It’s a chance to try some truly phenomenal pairings.
