The 2019 Bodegas San Valero Cabeza Casa Garnacha is robust and lushly textured, with a nose and palate bursting with brambly blackberries and black raspberries. A silky mouthfeel, firm yet plant tannins, balancing acidity, and a hint of white pepper on the long finish add depth and complexity to this wine, making it drink well beyond its price point.
