Domaine Fourrey is a 4th-generation, family-run estate with 25 hectares under vine. Since 1992, Domaine Fourrey has been run by Jean-Luc Fourrey, who took over from his parents after studying enology at the Lycée Viticole in Beaune. Like his predecessors, Jean-Luc crafts his wines with the utmost respect for tradition and terroir while embracing modern techniques.

Today's wine has aromas and flavors of lemon and lime zest. On the palate, the citrus core is flanked by hints of stone fruits, apples, honeysuckle, and stony minerality. A rich mouthfeel, courtesy of lees-aging, is contrasted by invigorating acidity.
