El Jolgorio's Mezcal Tepeztate is a ”Joven” mezcal, aged briefly in glass for 3-4 months. It is made from wild agave Tepeztate, distilled twice in copper pots, and bottled between 37-43% ABV. It offers aromas of sweet agave, melted caramel and spicy tobacco, and tastes of roasted agave with a hint of citrus.
