The "Le Reverdy" Blanc is a blend of 50% each of Marsanne and Roussanne sourced from two plots: les Beaumes (limestone and alluvial soils) and le Méal (terraces or rounded pebbles). The vines have an average age of 30 years. The wine is barrel-fermented, malolactic fermentation is carried out, and the wine is barrel aged sur lie for 12 months before bottling.

"The 2015 Ermitage Le Reverdy is... the finest white I’ve tasted from this estate. Coming from the les Beaume and le Méal lieux-dits and an even split of Marsanne and Roussanne, it has full-bodied richness, a liqueur of rocks-like aromatic profile, integrated acidity and sensational purity. It will have two decades or more of life. The quality (and number of cuvées) from this estate continues to soar, and this is easily the finest lineup up of wines I’ve tasted from this team." (1/2016)

"Rich yet refined, with creamed yellow apple, white peach and melon flavors supported by bright honeysuckle, chamomile, and acacia notes. Lush and rounded along the edges, but with an inner freshness that carries this easily through the finish. Marsanne and Roussanne. Drink now through 2022." (1/2018)
