Looking to learn more about the wonderful world of fizz? Now is your chance to major in Fizziology! Join us in Needham on Thursday, June 15th, from 6-7:30 PM. Wine educator extraordinaire Erika Frey will introduce you to a variety of sparkling wine styles and break it all down, bubble by tasty bubble.
Erika's interest in wine was cultivated in the vineyards of the Finger Lakes, NY and Sonoma County, CA. Her hobby quickly became a passion after completing certifications with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and the Boston University Wine Studies program. Since then, Erika has earned over 25 certifications in wine, spirits, and saké.*
After many years in the medical software industry, Erika transitioned to a full-time wine career in the Boston area where she serves several roles in wine education, retail, and marketing.
