Summer is rapidly passing us by. The leaves are starting to change colors, the nights are getting crisp and even a bit chilly, and the sun is slipping beneath the horizon earlier and earlier.

Some of us at Bin Ends couldn't be happier, especially our food & drink savant Adam Centamore. In his estimation, autumn is THE season for eating and drinking. Richer, fuller flavors and heavier ingredients can be used to make dishes & drinks that are sure to keep you warm and cozy. And, he's willing to prove it to you!

As an added bonus, Adam will begin the class by demonstrating how to make his infamous "Rocket Nog" - high-powered, boozy eggnog that will age in your fridge until the holidays!
