 The 2025 Domaine Saint-Peyre Picpoul de Pinet has aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit zest laced with hints of white flowers and honeysuckle. The palate is zesty and lively, with flavors of Bosc pears, Golden delicious apples, and lemons underscored by subtle mineral and saline undertones. The finish is long and dry, with lip-smacking acidity and a hint of sea salt that beg you to take another sip.
