PRODUCT OVERVIEW: 
Saint Hilaire is a small village located in the Gard, a department situated between the appellations of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Costières de Nîmes. In 1929, the village's grape farmers formed a coop in order to create a sustainable business model for wine production. The coop's wines were of such high quality that they officially became part of the Côtes du Rhône appellation in 1956.

René Blisson is the current winemaker for the coop and follows his predecessors' dedication to sustainable farming practices and high quality.

A blend of 46% grenache blanc, 30% viognier, 16.5% clairette, and 7.5% roussanne, the 2022 Les Vignerons de Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan Côtes du Rhône Blanc Prestige has abundant aromas and flavors of peaches and apricots, with hints of fresh herbs and bright, refreshing acidity that begs you to take another sip. It is a terrific pairing with chicken, seafood, and light pasta dishes and is an excellent "porch pounder" as well.
