Introduction:
Muraje “Lasù” is a graceful and expressive red from the alpine terraces of Carema in Alto Piemonte. Made primarily from Nebbiolo, with small additions of local grapes, it reflects the elegance, freshness, and mineral depth that define this historic region.

Terroir:
The vineyards are perched on steep, terraced slopes between 300–600 meters, trained on traditional pergola systems supported by ancient dry-stone walls. Morainic soils of glacial origin combine with a cool, Alpine-influenced climate to produce wines of purity, vibrancy, and finesse. Organic farming and minimal-intervention winemaking preserve authenticity and terroir clarity.

Appearance:
Translucent ruby red with youthful brightness and clarity.

Nose:
Lifted aromatics of red berries, mountain flowers, and wild herbs, accented by a subtle mineral edge.

Palate:
Light to medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, lively acidity, and fine, chalky tannins. Silky and precise, with a clear thread of minerality.

Finish:
Elegant and persistent, lingering on red fruit, floral notes, and a savory mineral backbone.

Overall Impression:
Muraje “Lasù” is a refined expression of Nebbiolo from Alto Piemonte’s Carema, combining bright fruit, floral lift, and alpine minerality. Light yet structured, it’s delicious now but will gain further nuance with a few years of cellaring. A versatile and distinctive wine that shows Nebbiolo’s elegance in its most delicate alpine form.
