Production & Aging
Batch 032 is a blend of straight bourbons sourced from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. It combines 5 and 6-year-old barrels known for their creamy and tropical profiles with 6, 7, and 10-year-old barrels selected for their complex, woody character. The blending process spanned three months, with a final addition of spice-driven 7-year-old barrels to enhance complexity.
Distinctive Characteristics
- Prominent tropical fruit flavors uncommon in traditional bourbons.
- Oily mouthfeel that enhances the rich, fruity profile.
- Minimal oak influence despite the inclusion of older barrels, focusing on a fresh and vibrant tasting experience.
