Production & Aging
This Bottled in Bond straight rye whiskey adheres to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, ensuring it was produced by the same distiller, at the same distillery, during the same distilling season, aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof. Distilled in the fall of 2016, it features a classic 95% rye mash bill and was aged for seven years in new American oak barrels, allowing for a rich and complex maturation process.

Distinctive Characteristics

  • Bottled in Bond: Meets strict production standards, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
  • Extended Aging: At seven years old, this rye whiskey offers a more mature, complex profile than many younger ryes.
