Corsica is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, located between the southeast coast of Provence and the west coast of Tuscany. Although it is closer to Italy, Corsica has been under French rule since 1769 and is counted among the 26 regions of France. The island's Italian origins shine through in its wines, which are made predominantly from the Italian classic varietals.*

Domaine Petroni is a 100-hectare estate owned and operated by the Ramazotti brothers. Located on the island's east coast near Lake Diana, the estate benefits from exceptional gifts of nature: abundant sunshine, moderating breezes from the lake and the sea, and well-drained soils made from sand and clay sediments. The Ramazottis' reverence for this bountiful terroir is evident in their finished wines, which display an authentic sense of place.

The 2023 Domaine Petroni Rosé is a blend of 50% niellucciu (sangiovese), 35% sciaccarellu (mammolo), and 15% grenache. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, its aromas of floral-tinged stone fruits lead to a medium-bodied palate resplendent with flavors of strawberries, pomegranates, peaches, and nectarines laced with wet stone and juicy acidity that beg you to take another sip.
