A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot  Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier aged on the lees in bottles for 4 years, the Champagne Palmer & Co.

Brut Réserve is clean yet rich, with aromas and flavors of lemons, Red Delicious apples, peaches, pears, and apricots layered with hazelnuts and buttery brioche. The palate has a decadent, creamy texture balanced by a vibrant core of acidity. The finish is long and refreshing, with lingering flavors of lemon and lime zest.
