Napa Cabernet lovers: Take this opportunity to stock your cellar with one of the Napa Valley's most iconic wines from Heitz Cellar. The 2021 vintage received a 99-point review from the prestigious Decanter Magazine. Supply is limited, so order TODAY!
Established in 1961, Heitz Cellar is a family-owned winery that spans three generations. It crafts classic, elegant wines that reflect the unique terroir of its vineyards in the Napa Valley. The family's decision to adopt sustainable and organic farming practices contributes to the health of the vineyards and the purity of fruit characters expressed in all of their wines.
Today's offer, from the excellent 2021 vintage, was sourced from Heitz Cellar's holdings throughout the Napa Valley. Aged for three years on the lees in large oak casks, followed by an additional 15 months in French oak barrels (20% new), it is fresh and elegantly structured, with ripe black and red fruits, polished tannins, and ample acidity. It has the bones for aging, yet it is drinking beautifully now with a brief decanting.

99 points, Decanter:
"Remarkably pure and fresh. Pristine black cherry and blackberry, layered with beautiful violet aromas. Everything builds with precision and focus, supported by gorgeously firm, taut, mineral-rich tannins that bring energy and drive. The wine is compact and tightly wound at this youthful stage, its intensity truly emblematic of the vintage."
