Tasting notes:
The 2024 Tornatore Etna Bianco, crafted from 100% Carricante, has aromas of green apples, white peaches, and grapefruit framed by subtle herbaceous notes. The palate is medium-bodied with flavors of juicy, white peaches, lemon zest, and Mediterranean herbs laced with flinty, wet stone. Bright, lively acidity provides balance, tension, and focus, while three months of lees-aging adds a subtle roundness that elevates it well above its price point. The finish is clean and persistent, carried by mineral-driven acidity that lingers alongside faint citrus and herb notes.

90 points, Jeb Dunnuck:
Pouring a medium yellow hue, the 2024 Etna Bianco is fresh and herbaceous with notes of fennel, fresh sage, pear, green melon, and wet stones. Medium-bodied, it’s produced in stainless steel tank and rests in cement tank right before bottling. It's approachable, with hints of honeycomb, fresh saltiness, and ripe peachy fruit through the finish. It's a stellar value with a great sense of place that screams of summer. Drink over the next few years."
