Grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in northern Lebanon, with Sangiovese grown at approximately 700 meters and 150-year-old Merwah vines thriving at 1,600 meters. The soils are predominantly limestone, and the vineyards are farmed organically with no chemical inputs.

Appearance:
A pale ruby-pink hue with light, lively bubbles and a slightly hazy core due to its natural fermentation and minimal filtration.

Nose:
Expressive aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate are complemented by floral hints and a faint herbal character, all wrapped in a subtle earthy note from its natural winemaking.

Palate:
