Chateau d'Esclans is an estate with a history dating back to the 12th century located in the center of the Department of the Var, where the majority of Provence AOC Rosé is made. While it has been owned by many families throughout the centuries, it is the current proprietor, Sacha Lichine, who made the estate famous with the revitalization of its vineyards and the launch of its iconic wine, Whispering Angel.

The 2021 Whispering Angel Rosé is a blend of grenache, cinsault, and rolle (vermentino). It has fresh red berry fruit characters with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy on the palate, it has great concentration, a smooth and round finish, and mouth-watering acidity (from winemaker notes).
