Aged in a 50/50 combination of new and seasoned French oak, the 2023 Pessimist Proprietary Red is a bold and powerful with with aromas of blueberries, boysenberries, plums, and strawberries. The palate is lush and engulfing, showing both robustness and elegance with juicy flavors of cherries, huckleberries, kirsch, and cassis.
