The 2023 Domaine Sauger "Pourquoi Pas? Why Not?"  Pinot Noir has aromas and flavors of black cherries, raspberries, and cherries. The palate is medium-bodied, silky, and plush, with subtle notes of wet stone and balancing acidity that brings it to a long and flavorful finish.
