The fruit-driven, ripe and juicy Grenache varietal makes incredible chillable wines, and its the grape that drives winemaker Anne Collard's passion for her craft. With three decades as caretaker of Château Mourgues du Grès, her family estate in Costières de Nîmes, under her belt, she decided to spread her wings in search of new expressions of Grenache. Following the course of the Rhône River, she landed at its convergence with the Gardon River in Côtes du Rhône-Village. Here, she grows grapes on hillside vineyards with soils of pebbles, sand, and clay that bring forth delicious Grenache-based wines. 

"Shi Fu Mi", also the French name for the popular game "rock, paper, scissors," is a playful and crushable wine guaranteed to become a favorite. A blend of 90% Grenache, 8% Syrah, and 2% Mourvèdre, it has beguiling aromas of Damson plums, black cherries, blood oranges, and a hint of lilacs. The light- to medium-bodied palate has juicy flavors of ripe summer berries, plums, and a subtle hint of licorice. The finish is lively and long, with juicy acidity and lingering notes of black cherries.
