PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Today's wine is one of the fabulous cuvées from The House of Bréban (Vins Bréban). Established by Raymond Bréban in Provence, Vins Bréban has been making wine in the region since 1952. Since that time, two generations have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy regarding quality. Jean-Jacques Bréban took the reins from his father, Raymond, in 1968. Jean-Jacques’ son and daughter, Laurent and Julie, have joined their father in continuing with the family tradition. Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for their stunning Provençal wines.

The 2022 Les Hauts Plateaux Alpes de Haute Provence Rosé is a blend of 60% grenache, 25% syrah, and 15% cinsault sourced from Alpes de Haute Provence located in the southern foothills of the Alps. Here, the hot summer days are moderated by cooling mountain breezes. These conditions of terroir bring forth lighter wines with heady aromatics.

Aromas of red fruits, violets, and gooseberry lead to a palate with dominant flavors of strawberries,  cherries, and pomegranates laced with accents of citrus fruits, wet stone, and bright acidity. This is an incredibly versatile food wine as well as the quintessential porch pounder!
