Maria Jover established Parajes del Valle in 2018 and has already made her mark as one of La Mancha’s most talented up-and-coming winemakers. Following centuries-old traditions, she has embraced organic farming and the "Terrace" system, whereby vineyards are rented out to farmers who keep a percentage of the fruit in exchange for taking good care of the vines. Her dedication and respect for terroir shine through in her delightful wines. 

Today's rosado is crafted from 100% bobal sourced from high-elevation vineyards with soils rich in clay and limestone. Ripe yet beautifully balanced, it abounds with aromas and flavors of red cherries, strawberries, citrus fruits, and Honeydew melon. The palate has supporting notes of wet stone and herbs, with a pop of baking spice appearing on the long finish.
