Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Butterscotch and creamy caramel lead to toasted oak and spicy peppers.
- Palate: Buttercream and shishito peppers give way to apples and pears, with cloves and rye spice on the finish.
- Finish: Long and memorable, with leather, oak, and brown butter.
Production & Aging:
Crafted from 189 barrels, aged in multiple locations in Kentucky to develop a balanced profile. This is the first Blue Run Rye Whiskey to be bottled at barrel proof and was distilled by Jim Rutledge at Castle & Key Distillery.

Features a blend of three rye mash bills for complexity. It balances the characteristic spice of rye with the smoothness and depth of a fine bourbon.
