Since their start in the later half of the 1800s, the De Stefani family of winemakers has crafted spectacular wines, and this tradition continues today under the experience of the family's 4th generation winemaker, Alessandro. In Refrontolo, a small hilly village between the two famous Prosecco towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, the family began, and they have recently accrued two other vineyards for a combined 40 hectares of total estate. They farm their vineyards organically in order to bring forth wines that are the purest expressions of varietals and terroir.*
The 2023 De Stefani Prosecco Rosé 0.15 Millesimato Brut, a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pino Nero, has a bright, light-pink hue with an active, lively mousse. The bouquet is fruit-forward, featuring prominent notes of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and subtle floral hints. The palate delivers a refreshing crispness, with flavors of strawberries, cherries, and raspberries laced with notes of orchard fruits and wet stone. The wine finishes with notes of lemon zest and saline-tinged minerality.

92 points, Falstaff International:
"Lightening, bright pale pink with persistent mousse. Discreet yeast aroma on the nose, shy fruit, a little citrus, very restrained overall. On the palate there is a crisp acidity, fresh fruit and beautiful drive, very lively at the start and finish, multi-layered, finishing on fine lemony notes."
