The name of the spirit is an homage to The Wild Swans at Coole, a poem written by one of Ireland's great romantic poets, W.B. Yeats. The poem relishes how beauty is omnipresent and everlasting when you take the time to appreciate it amidst a world of constant change and chaos. An ambitious young Irish couple started Coole Swan in 2008, on a quest to bottle eternal beauty.
