Production & Aging:
This Tennessee straight whiskey is distilled from a bourbon mash style and aged for 7 years in recharred white American oak barrels. It is then finished for several months in hard cider barrels from Black Bird Cider Works, a cidery along the rural southern shores of Lake Ontario.

The cider cask finishing imparts unique notes of candied fruit and a bright caramel profile, enhancing the traditional bourbon characteristics with subtle apple cider influences.
