Production & Aging:
Westland American Single Malt is crafted from a blend of six different barley malts and matured for a minimum of 40 months in a combination of cask types, including new American oak, used American oak, ex-bourbon barrels, and ex-Oloroso Sherry hogsheads and butts. This maturation process takes place in Westland's warehouse on the Olympic Peninsula.
