Stephanie and Brian Terrizzi founded Broadside Wines with the goal of crafting juice that showcases the unique soils and topography of Paso Robles. Working with consulting winemaker extraordinaire Adam Lazarre, they absolutely nailed it, producing elegant, well-balanced wines that deftly display varietally correct fruit characters and convey a distinct sense of place.

The Broadside winemaking team approaches each wine as a blank canvas, thus capturing the vine’s personality, the soil in the vineyard, and the influence of mother nature. The 2020 Broadsice Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards in the Edna Valley and Paso Robles AVAs. Fermented and aged in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels, it has an enticing nose of fresh lemon, pineapple, and a hint of vanilla bean. On the palate, notes of white peach, apricot, and apple are complemented by a silky, smooth texture, along with a vibrant acidity that carries the flavors to a lingering finish.
