The 2020 Castle Rock Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in select vineyards throughout the Central Coast, where the abundant sunshine and cooling ocean breezes help the fruit achieve the perfect balance between ripeness and acidity. Full-bodied and lushly textured, it has aromas and flavors of lemon zest, pineapple, vanilla, and wet stone. The palate is laced with baking spice and a hint of toast, with moderate acidity on the long finish.
