PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Saint-Bris is located around the town of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, southwest of Chablis. With a cooler climate and soil similar to much of the Loire Valley, it is no wonder that this geographically small appellation brings forth crisp and terroir-driven sauvignon blancs.

Domaine Céline & Frédéric Gueguen is based in the hamlet of Préhy, just 4 miles southwest of Chablis. The winery was created in January 2013. Céline and Frédéric both worked for large wine estates in Chablis for 15 years before setting up their own domain, including Domaine Brocard, the estate owned by Céline's father, Jean-Marc Brocard. With respect for the region's tradition and the fragility of the terroir, the Gueguens work towards taking care of the environment and preserving the aromatic complexity of their wines. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge with visitors and have set up a B&B in their home.*

Grapes for today's wine were sourced from vineyards with a northwest exposure and limestone-rich Portlandian soil. Stainless steel fermented and aged on the lees before bottling, the wine is über refreshing, with aromas and flavors of peaches, orange blossoms, and grapefruit laced with stony minerality and vibrant acidity.
