PRODUCT OVERVIEW: 
Cevennes is a production zone situated in the mountainous, northern half of Languedoc, between Costières de Nîmes and Côtes du Rhône. With a Mediterranean climate characterized by hot, dry summers, mild winters, and moderating breezes from the mountains and the sea, it is ideal for viticulture.

Les Collines du Bourdic is a cooperative established in 1928 that currently boasts 100 growers spanning 10 communes and 1600 hectares of vines planted to a diverse variety of grapes. The coop members are dedicated to crafting wines that are pure expressions of their unique terroir, and their chardonnay really shines!

The 2020 Les Collines du Bourdic Cevennes Chardonnay offers a panoply of fruit characters on the nose and palate: lemon, Honeydew melon, pear, and pineapple beguile the senses. Medium-bodied, it is infused with moderate acidity and a hint of baking spice that brings it to a long and lovely finish.
