Brigaldera has a history dating back to the 11th century and is currently owned by the Cesari family. Committed to the preservation of tradition while at the same time embracing innovation, the family works with a team of oenologists and agronomists to craft clean, authentic wines with respect for the land that are pure expressions of grape and terroir.
The 2022 Brigaldara Valpolicella, a blend of 55% corvina 25% corvinone 25%, and 20% rondinella, was aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, fruit-driven characters. Medium-bodied, it is bright ruby in color with vibrant aromas and flavors of redcurrants, blackberries, and subtle hints of violets. It is remarkably juicy on the palate thanks to the absence of oak and bright acidity that brings it to a long. clean finish. (winery notes)

90 points, Wine Enthusiast:
"This wine is a classic example of Valpolicella, with aromas of fresh raspberries and dried cranberries mixed with thyme, sage, and forest floor leading to a vibrant palate. Driven by cherries, the palate is giving and generous and as it opens, more savory and floral notes perk up the complexity."
