The 2021 Erath Reserve Collection Pinot Noir was produced by winemaker Leah Adint. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels of which 33% were new.  The finished wine is textbook Oregon Pinot!!

“This wine opens in the glass as crushed raspberries come together with cloves, incense and dried roses, forming an intense yet utterly inviting bouquet. It’s softly textured and round in feel with crisp red berries and tactile mineral tones to balance. Violet inner florals flow as the 2021 tapers off lightly tannic.” 01-24
