Crémant de Loire is well-priced French sparkling wine made in the same method as its counterpart from Champagne. Its high acidity and gorgeous fruit characters make it a natural for the starring role in the Loire's flagship bubbles.
The Langlois-Chateau Cremant de Loire Brut is crafted from 60% chenin blanc and 20% each of chardonnay and cabernet franc. It has a full, almost creamy palate balanced with excellent tension and energy. Aromas and flavors of baked pear, brioche, ginger, and citrus fruits all come together with a persistent mousse and a taut, mineral finish.

91 points, Decanter Magazine:
"Lovely freshness offset by rich orchard fruit and gentle nuttiness in this enjoyable fizz that delivers a lot for its price tag. The blend is dominated by Chenin Blanc (10% of which is from reserve wines) and the variety’s trademark creaminess gives weight to the lifted linden, grapefruit, and peach aromas. Textural and food-friendly." (3/1/23)
