Since we like a taste of home in our beers, we set our sights on the fabled Unicorn of American Brewing: a beer that's light (in color/body/etc.) that won't let you down in the flavor department. And lo, we done it! We took a cream ale and goosed it with some good ol' Bone Up magic, and made a tasty brew that'll disappear from your glass before you know it and then you'll have to try and convince your roommate to get you more so you don't have to get up.
