Canella is what happens when a Venetian osteria, a crate of peaches, and a big idea walk into a bottle. Founded in 1947 in San Donà di Piave, this family-owned winery shook up tradition with one simple mission: make joy sippable. Inspired by the colors and flavors of Venice, Canella reimagined cocktail culture through a fruit-forward lens. The turning point? 1988. That’s when Canella introduced the world’s first-ever bottled Bellini—juicy white peaches meet house-made Prosecco in a ready-to-drink revolution.*
Now led by the third generation, and with a portfolio that includes Mimosas and the Puccini, Canella is still all about innovation, quality, and unapologetic flavor. They’re one of the few IFS-certified fruit cocktail producers, keeping things clean with no artificial colorants, aromas, or preservatives.*
The NV Canella Mimosa Gran Riviera, also made with the house Prosecco, has a bright gold color with citrusy aromas and flavors of freshly-squeezed citrus juices. It has a satiny, tangy, finely carbonated mouthfeel. The finish includes notes of tangerine, Meyer lemon, and hints of rose and jasmine water. It's a crisp, refreshing Mimosa that is ideal for brunch or other casual occasions.
