PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Château de Flaugergues is a 17th-century estate named after its original owner, who was an advisor to the court of Counts of Montpellier. Today it is under the care of Pierre de Colbert and his family, who are dedicated to preserving the land via sustainable farming practices.

The estate consists of 28 hectares located in the heart of the AOC Languedoc, on the La Mejanelle terroir in the climatic zone of Grés de Montpellier. The terraces of rolled pebbles (remains of the Rhône delta) benefit from a Mediterranean climate under a strong marine influence; this viticulturally rich terroir shines through in the estate's finished wines.*

The 2021 Château de Flaugergues Coteaux du Languedoc Rosé is a blend of 60% syrah, 30% grenache, and10% cinsault. Racy and refreshing, it offers flavors of strawberries and raspberries laced with hints of pomegranates. The fruit is undercut with accents of wet stone, and a hint of baking spice appears on the long finish.
