Distillery and Production Details: Crafted at Feliciano Vivanco distillery (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco. Cooked in brick ovens for 24 hours, followed by a 24-hour resting period. The juice is extracted using a roller mill, and fermentation occurs over 5-9 days in stainless steel vats, accompanied by classical music to enhance yeast activity. Double distilled in copper stills.
