The 2020 Contour Cabernet is a monovarietal sourced from select vineyards in California's North Coast. Medium- to full-bodied, it has aromas of spice-tinged black fruits and a palate redolent with flavors of blackberries, plums, and black raspberries laced with notes of anise, brambly earth, and savory herbs. Pliant tannins add structure without detracting from the wine's silky texture, and moderate acidity lifts the wine to a long and satisfying finish.
