"Les Sinards" is sourced from three vineyards: young (under 20 years old) vines on the Beaucastel estate, southwest-facing Syrah from the Clos Châteuneuf-du-Pape, and from Le Grès, four kilometers from Beaucastel. The blend is Grenache dominant, with smaller amounts of Syrah and Mourvèdre. The wine is vinified in the same manner as Château de Beaucastel and is matured in foudres for two years before bottling.

The 2022 "Les Sinards" has intense aromas of ripe red cherries and plums, with accents of licorice and dark chocolate. The palate is medium- to full-bodied and silky, with well-integrated tannins and flavors of raspberries, blackberries, and cherries. Hints of black pepper, baking spices, and dried herbs add complexity. The finish is persistent, with lingering notes of spicy red and black berries.
