Hecht & Bannier was started by two friends, Gregory and François, who each have years of experience in various aspects of the wine industry and a passion for the south of France and its wines. Having well-established relationships with top-notch growers in Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence, they can produce beautiful wines that reflect their sun-drenched origins. Their wines - and, of course, their vineyard partners - are committed to organic practices not only for the earth, but also for the purity of their wines.

The 2022 H&B Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé is from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, in the western part of Provence, where the vineyards receive plenty of sunshine and have limestone-rich soils with sand, gravel, and loam. A blend of grenache and cinsault, it is bright and refreshing, with aromas and flavors of strawberries and pomegranates laced with lime peel, wet stone, and a burst of baking spice on the long, tangy finish.
