The 2025 Ovum Wines Big Salt White table wine is a blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Early Muscat, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris sourced from select vineyards in Oregon with soils of serpentine, loess, basalt, and marine sediment. Fermented with native yeasts and left on the lees before bottling, it is vibrant and dry, with an explosion of preserved lemons, white peaches, grapefruits, and hints of ginger on the nose and palate. Accents of saline minerality, a nod to the terroir, mingle with mouthwatering acidity to make this the ultimate thirst quencher.
